Nickel-Catalyzed Cross-Coupling Reaction of Pentaerithritol Tetrakis(benzenesulfonate) with Arylmagnesium Bromides |
| 초록 |
The nickel-catalyzed cross-coupling reactions of pentaerithritol tetrakis(benzenesulfonate) with arylmagnesium bromides, involving the nucleophilic aromatic substitution of alkyloxysulfonyl groups by aryl nucleophiles, take place in high yields. The solution-phase combinatorial chemistry for the preparation of biphenyl and terphenyl compounds using the pentaerithritol tetrakis(benzenesulfonate) moiety will be also discussed.
