제목 Monoolein cubic phase containing inonizable aromatic compounds-loaded β-cyclodextrin polymers : FITC- dextan release property
초록 β-Cyclodextrin (βCD) polymer (PβCD) was prepared by reacting βCD and Epichlorohydrin (EPI) at the molar ratio of 1:7 in an alkalic solution (NaOH, 30%(w/v)). And then, inclusion complex of diaminobenzophenone (DABP, an alkalic aromatic compound) and PβCD (DABP-PβCD) was prepared by dissolving DABP in PβCD solution (1%(w/w)) at pH 7.4. The same time, inclusion complex of naphthaleneacetic acid (NAA, an acidic aromatic compound) and PβCD (NAA-PβCD) was prepared in PβCD solution (1%(w/w)) at pH 5.0. DABP- PβCD and NAA- PβCD will have the highest degree of complextion at neutral condition. Monoolein (MO) cubic phase containing DABP- PβCD and NAA- PβCD were prepared by a melt-hydration method. The release of FITC-dextran from the cubic phase was a bit suppressed at ph 7, possibly due to an extensive complexation of DABP-PβCD and NAA-PβCD in the water channel of the cubic phase.
