제목 Stretchable electrospun P3HT fiber based transistor on rubber substrate
초록 High-performance organic field-effect transistors (OFET) has been arising due to their compatibility with polymer substrates. In this research, our group focused on other type of OFET fabricated using electrospun P3HT nanofibers and ion gel dielectric on electrospun SBS(poly(styrene-butadiene-styrene)). Randomly collected P3HT fibers and liquid-gel type ion gel dieiectric stretched well with rubber substrate. In addition, their electrical properties are also good. Most of gel type dielectrics have low polarization time and low stability in air. However our group use dielectric mixing ionic liquid with PEG-DA and UV crosslinker, we got high K layer and showed good stability during experiment. This device is comprised of porous rubber fibers based substrate, stamp-patterned source and drain using synthesized gold plate, electruspun P3HT nanofibers as P-type channel and UV cured ion gel gate dielectric. Consequently, OFET has higher performance and we checked their mechanical properties.
