Characterization of fluorescencee labeled microcapsues by confocal laser scanning microscopy(CLSM) |
초록 |
Fluorescent labeled melamine-formaldehyde microcapsules were prepared by in-situ polymerization to electrophoresis particles suspended in oil as the core materials using poly(isobutylene-co-maleic anhydride) as stabilizer. The morphology and polymer distribution of capsule wall were measured using OM, SEM, and CLSM. As experimental results, the diameters and distribution range of microcapsules decreased with increasing stirring rate and higher initial pH of O/W emulsion medium. The polymer distribution of capsule wall was homogeneous in all varied pH conditions. However, the thickness of microcapsule walls was decreased with decreasing pH conditions. |
