Preparation of Heparin and ALA-eluting Stent with TiO2 deposited by PECVD process |
| 초록 |
TiO2 thin film was deposited onto stent surface by PECVD process using TTIP as a precursor at 400 ℃ for 4 hr. The deposited TiO2 thin film was then modified by water plasma. The optimal modification conditions were investigated by changing discharge power and treatment time. Heparin and ALA were grafted onto modified TiO2 thin film. The amounts of grafted drugs and eluted drugs were analyzed by using UV-visable spectrophotometer. Surface chemical structure was confirmed by ESCA and FT-IR/ATR. |
