Low temperature, solution processable organic thin-film transistors using a high chemical and thermal resistive polymeric gate dielectric |
초록 |
Solution processable organic thin-film transistor (OTFT) was fabricated using 6, 13-bis(triisopropyl-silylethynyl) pentacene (TIPS pentacene) and low-temperature processable polyimide with a high chemical and thermal resistance. This polyimide synthesized with 1,2,3,4-butanetetra-carboxylic dianhydride (BTDA) and 4,4-diaminodiphenylmethane (DADM). Drop-casting method was employed to form an active layer onto the polyimide dielectric. An OTFT with the dielectric was found to have a mobility of 0.15 cm2/V.s, which is comparable to that of OTFT with an inorganic dielectric, caused by a well-aligned active layer and the high solvent resistive gate dielectric to the active layer solution. Such fabricated OTFT showed stable performance as time passed and the mobility was found to be 0.2 cm2/V.s in 60 days. |
