제목 Flexible organic complementary inverter using p-pentacene and n-F16CuPc semiconductors on polyimide substrate
초록 Organic thin-film transistors (OTFTs) have attracted much attention because of their potential application in low-cost, large-area, and flexible electronics. Organic complementary inverter was fabricated by integrating two transistors of different electric type based on a polymeric gate insulator using polyimide film substrates which improve poor optical property due to reduce charge transfer complex. N-channel and p-channel semiconductor of the organic inverter used Copper hexafluorophthalocyanine (F16CuPC) and pentacene, respectively. The F16CuPC [length(L)=50μm, width(W)=4000μm)] and pentacene (L=250μm, W=200μm) OTFTs had field-effect mobilities of 0.003 and 0.3 cm2/Vs, respectively. Midpoint voltage, VM,was 26.5V. The inverter gain, defined as the absolute value of (dVout/dVin), reached around 7.02.
