Biomimetic TiO2 gel ultrathin Film Sensor |
초록 |
Chemical sensors and biosensors are of increasing interest within the field of modern analytical chemistry and this is essentially due to new demands and opportunities that are appearing particularly in clinical diagnostics, environmental analysis, the detection of illicit drugs and landmine detection. Biosensors are generally highly specific as a result of specific recognition between complementary biological structures. However, they often suffer from limited stability, and are applicable to a narrow group of biological molecules. In this study, an alternative approach involves the use of biomimetic receptor systems capable of binding target molecules with affinities and specificities on a par with natural receptors. |
