제목 Prepartion of SnO2 nanoparticle array film for self-cleaning coating with anti-reflective properties.
초록 Tin Oxide (SnO2) nanoparticles were synthesized by using sol-gel method coating and hydrothermal method for producing a film which has self-cleaning and anti-reflective properties. The properties of synthesized material were studied with different devices. The structural properties of crystalline have been confirmed through X-Ray Diffraction (XRD), and the phases of crystalline was identified by using Field-Emission Scanning Electron Microscopy (FE-SEM), while UV-Vis spectrometer and Contact Angle analyzer have conducted for the anti-reflective properties, chemical stabilities, hydrophilicity and self-cleaning ability.
