제목 Synthesis of MPEG-b-Poly(BMA-co-TMSMA) using PEO-macro initiaor via Atom Transfer Radical Polymerization
초록 The well-defined block copolymer derived from benzyl methacrylate(BMA) and trimethylsilyl methacrylate(TMSMA) was synthesized by the atom transfer radical polymerization(ATRP) with MPEG as a macro-initiator and CuBr/bpy as a catalyst system. The one of living radical polymerization was proceeded to control the molecular weight, narrow molecular weight distribution, and the functionality. The structure and the composition of synthesized copolymers have been characterized by 1H-NMR spectroscopy. The molecular weight and the molecular weight distribution of their copolymer have been analyzed by gel-permeation chromatography (GPC).
