Fabrication of multi-layered graphene transparent electrodes and their application to solar cells |
초록 |
Graphene has been of great interest as transparent electrode due to its excellent conductivity per transparency. The single-layered graphene has only 2.5 % of optical loss at broad spectrum region of visible to near infrared. However, the single-layered graphene grown on a metal foil by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) has defects so its conductivity is significantly deteriorated. Hence, multi-layered graphene transparent electrode has advantage than the single-layer graphene transparent electrode by considering trade-off relation of conductivity and transparency. Here, we fabricated multi-layered graphene on a Cu-Ni foil and transferred it on a transparent flexible poly dimethylsiloxane (PDMS) substrate. Then we applied it to transparent flexible electrode for flexible perovskite solar cell. |
