Synthesis and OPV Performance of Novel Donor-Acceptor Alternating Thiophene-Based Conjugated Polymers |
초록 |
A novel donor-acceptor alternating thiophene-based conjugated polymer was synthesized using a Suzuki coupling reaction. As electron-donating thiophene-based derivative was synthesized by a Suzuki coupling reaction, and then reacted with an electron-withdrawing diketopyrrolopyrrole(DPP) to produce a low bandgap thiophene-based polymer with donor-acceptor alternating capability. The chemical structure and optical properties were precisely characterized by NMR, GPC, cyclic voltammetry and spectrophotometer. A series of bulk-heterojunction optical solar cells of ITO/PEDOT/polymer:PC61BM/LiF/Al were prepared and the photovoltaic performance of each solar cell was carefully measured. The surface topology of each layer of solar cells was also investigated. |
