제목 Solution-based highly transparent antireflective(AR) coating using polymer nanoparticles
초록 Low-cost and high-performance antireflective(AR) coating has received much attention recently due to the potential application in optoelectronic devices. In this study, we develop inexpensive and easily producible highly transparent AR film via solution process. PS , PMMA and hollow nanoparticles having various sizes are produced by emulsion polymerization and are deposited on glass substrates by spin-coating. Fabricated Films are characterized by ellipsometry, scanning electron microscopy and UV-Visible spectrometer.
