As the average life span increases due to the rapid development of modern medical technology, interest in health and beauty is steadily increasing. Accordingly, research on skin beauty and healthcare is continuously expanding. In this investigation, the skin-beautifying effect was examined using trout egg extract in terms of antioxidation and whitening effects. The effect of the extract on the proliferation of fibroblast was conducted. The antioxidant activity was measured using DPPH. The NO production was measured for the evaluation of anti-inflammatory using Raw 264.7. Tyrosinase inhibitory activity teat was performed for the measurement of whitening effects. All the assays were conducted in vitro. Our results displayed the positive effect of the extract on skin healthcare. |
