Humans suffer from tissue damages through a variety of pathways, and one of the major life-threatening tissue damages is serious skin damage. Therefore, various studies have been conducted on methods for the restoration of damaged skin tissues. In particular, a physiological recovery required physical filling of the damaged skin space. In this study, gelatin microspheres were prepared to accelerate biological healing as well as a skin-filling effect. Physical and physiological activity were analyzed using analytical instruments, such as SEM, FT-IR, UV-VIS, and zeta potential. For cell assays, NIH-3T3 mouse embryonic fibroblasts were used. Our findings demonstrated that the gelatin microspheres can promote the proliferation of NIH-3T3 cells in a controlled manner. |
