제목 Surface Analysis of Ferredoxin Self-assmbly Monolayer
초록 One-way electron transfer in the molecular layer consisting of protein-adsorbed hetero-self assembly film was investigated. Spinach Ferredoxin was used as an electron transfer molecule in the proposed layer. The hetero-self assembly film was fabricated by subsequently depositing the 11-mercaptoundecanoic acid and poly-L-lysin onto the pretreated Au coated glass. Ferredoxin-adsorbed hetero-self assembly film was prepared by soaking the 11-mercaptoundecanoic acid/poly-L-lysin hetero-film into the buffer solution containing ferredoxin. Construction of the ferredoxin-adsorbed hetero-film was verified by the surface observation by STM. The rectifying property was observed in the molecular layer and the unidirectional flow of electrons was verified.
