제목 Control of CNT Morphology by Using Block Copolymer as a Template
초록 Since their discovery carbon nanotubes (CNTs) have attracted considerable attention due to their novel properties; mechanical, thermal and electrical properties. For industrial applications, control of CNT morphology is often demanded for organizing CNT-based architectures to perform various functions. In this regard, it is useful to fabricate aligned arrays of CNTs. Hence the self-assembly of CNTs has been attempted by utilizing various means of CNTs orientation such as gas flow, liquid flow and magnetic, electric, and gas-liquid interfacial fields. Although substantial success had been accomplished, it is often very difficult to control both the location and orientation of individual CNT patterns over large substrate area with nano scale. Herein we have tried to fabricate aligned CNT arrays by using block copolymer as the template which can be self assembled into various nanostructures, especially lamella structure, because of its unique property.
