제목 Synthesis and characterization of magnetic nanoparticles coated with ruthenium complex
초록 Magnetic nanoparticles (MNPs) were synthesized and coated with tetraethoxysilane (TEOS) and ruthenium complex (RuM). Various MNPs were synthesized by controlling reaction time and temperature. The properties of the synthesized MNPs were characterized by Transmission electron microscope (TEM), Scanning electron microscope (SEM), Confocal laser scanning microscopy (CLSM), X-ray diffraction spectroscopy (XRD), and Dynamic light scattering spectrometer (DLS). The MNPs with RuM have magnetism and fluorescence spectra and applied to photodynamic therapy. These MNPs can be used for applications in biological areas such as biomedicine, tissue specific targeting, drug delivery and magnetic resonance imaging.
