Achievement of High-performance in Lithium-ion battery via Ultrathin Conformal coating on Prepared electrode |
초록 |
Surface modification, especially thin-layer coating, is one of the major approaches to achieve high-performance lithium-ion batteries (LIBs). The coating on the prepared electrode is much preferable in practical application to avoid the reduction of the tap density and volumetric capacity of electrode and complex fabrication procedure in particle-scale coating. Here, we report a facile approach to synthesis conformal thin layer coating on prepared electrode using organic or inorganic component. The conductive PEDOT coating was fabricated via chemical vapor deposition to overcome low electronic and ionic conductivity of LiFePO4 electrode. Atomic layer deposition of ZrO2 was synthesized on the LiNi0.5Mn0.3Co0.2O2 for high-voltage operation. These methods effectively fabricated conformal coating layer on prepared electrode and improved electrode properties. |
