제목 Synthesis of ScSZ-based Electrolyte materials and Electrochemical Properties of IT-SOFC
초록 In this report, the synthesized powders fabricated as thin film layer via tape-casting process. Nano-scale ScSZ-based electrolyte powders were prepared by chemical synthesis and than thin film electrolyte under 10㎛ was fabricated by tape casting using the synthesized ScSZ-based powders. The synthesis characteristics of powder such as particle crystallite, morphology of the powder and surface area were observed. In addition, ionic conductivity and gas permeability of electrolyte film were evaluated. The operating voltages of the SOFC unit cell at the current density of 1.5 A/cm2 were 0.4, 0.60, 0.62, and 0.80 V at 700, 750, 800, and 900°C, respectively.
