제목 The Fabrication of Green and Red Perovskite Nanocrystals for Ink jet-Printed Color Conversion Layer of Blue-OLED Display
초록 Lead halide perovskite nanocrystals have attracted significant attention as components of solution processed light-emitting devices because of their desirable optical characteristics such as high PLQY, narrow emission band, and wide color expression range. Here, we synthesized CsPbBr3 and CsPbBrI2 by the hot-injection method with SCN-. The SCN- from NH4SCN passivated the perovskite nanocrystals to reduce the surface defect density and increase the stability. Also, by using the proper ink formulation recipe with photo-curing agents and appropriate additives, we were able to set the suitable physical and rheological properties of the perovskite inks for ink jet printing process. The prepared perovskite inks were ink jet printed as thin films which could be used as the color conversion layer of blue-OLED display.
