제목 Improving the Performance of Single Emissive Layer White Organic Light-Emitting Diodes using Solution Processed Multifunctional Iridium(III) Complexes
초록 We fabricated efficient, white phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes with blue and orange multifunctional iridium(III) complexes doped in 1,3-bis(carbazol-9-yl)benzene):poly(9-vinylcarbazole):1,3-bis[2-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-1,3,4,-oxadiazo-5-yl]benzene mixed-host system and investigated their photophysical, electrochemical, and electroluminescent properties. A two-color white organic light-emitting diode (WOLED) with a co-host system in solution process method was demonstrated. The device configuration was ITO/PEDOT:PSS (40 nm)/emitting layer (50 nm)/TPBi (30 nm)/LiF (1 nm)/Al (100 nm). In terms of performance, the white phosphorescent organic light-emitting diodes exhibited a maximum luminance efficiency of 49.92 cd/A and external quantum efficiency of 22.07%.
