Ni/NHC-Catalyzed Cross-Coupling Reaction of Heteroarylbenzenesulfonates with Alkyl Grignard Reagents |
| 초록 |
The nickel-catalyzed cross-coupling reaction of 4-heteroarylbenzenesulfonates with primary alkyl Grignard reagents produced heteroarylbenzene derivatives in the presence of Ni/N-heterocyclic carbene (NHC) catalyst. These reactions proceeds via the nucleophilic aromatic substitution of alkyloxysulfonyl group by the alkyl nucleophile, and the catalytic system is efficient enough to allow the reactions to be carried out at room temperature. |
