제목 Synthesis of Polyolefin-Based Thermoplastic Elastomers with Graft structures using Living Anionic Polymerization
초록 Polyolefins are very widely used, both as elastomers and rigid thermoplastics. Prior to the experiment, Poly(ethylene-ter-hexen-ter-divinylbenzene)(EHV) terpolymers containing  and Poly(ethylene-ter-decene-ter-methylbenzene)(EDM)   containing divinylbenzene(DVB) or p-methylbenzene(p-MS) side group prepared by a metallocene copolymerization using rac-Et(Ind)2ZrCl2/MAO catalyst system show good solubility in common organic solvents, controllable p-MS and DVB content, high molecular weight, narrow molecular weight and composition distributions. In this study, We synthesized EHV(EDM)-g-PBS and EHV(EDM)-g-PS graft copolymer having tert-butylstyrene (PBS) or styrene(PS) hard segment side chains using anionic graft-from polymerization involving DVB and p-MS side groups. We investigated the graft copolymers, which might bring the copolymers with special properties.
