제목 Analysis of Five β-Lactam antibiotics Using Ionic Liquids as Mobile Phase Additives by RP-HPLC
초록 The Retention of five β-Lactam antibiotics were analyzed by RP-HPLC, the separation condition were confirmed at first, the mobile phase was ACN/water (15/85, v/v), the absorption wavelength was 254 nm. When [BMIM][BF4] was added into the mobile phase, the samples can be separated well and the peaks turn to be sharper. Basing on the concentration, the optimal concentration of [BMIM][BF4] at pH 3 is 1.0 mM. Also pH value has large effect on the retention of the samples, the retention times increasing as the pH of the mobile phase is decreased. Three kinds of 1-alkyl-3-methylimidazolium-based IL: [BMIM][BF4], [HMIM][BF4] and [OMIM][BF4] were used and compared as additives in mobile phase, the results proved that that the retention time increased as the alkyl chain growing.
