In this study, 60 mg of surface-enhanced Raman scattering (SERS) nanoprobes were synthesized. This synthesized scale is 60-fold larger than conventional study. These SERS nanoprobes have high stability in a various condition. They could be stored for 300 h in buffer solutions (pH 5, 7, and 9) and 600 h in DW. Also, 9 kinds of Raman labeling compounds were treated into each SERS nanoprobes. As a result, each SERS spectrum could be distinguished from each other. In addition, multiple SERS nanoprobes were detected simultaneously. Enhancement factor (EF) of SERS nanoprobe is calculated as 1.0 ×105, and it had high reproducibility even though it had been scaled up. Through this study, large scale synthesis method could be applicated to various Raman chemical and multiple detection. |
