제목 A Study of Protein Affinity Membrane prepared by Electrospinning
초록 Protein affinity membranes based on polyethersulfone(PES) and bovin albumin serum(BSA) were prepared by using an electrospinning method. Nanofibers were prepared by the various spinning conditions. Thickness of nanofiber was also analyzed to find out the optimum condition of spinning. It was found PES-BSA nanofibers could be prepared at the temperature of 20-22°C and humidity of 45-60%. and spinning solvent required co-solvent due to the clogging caused by mono solvent. The adsorption ability of L-tryptophan was measured at various pH and flow rate of buffer solution, and concentration of L-tryptophan. It was found that the concentration of L-trytophan and pH did not affect the adsorption ability. However, it was revealed that the initial amount of adsorption was affected by the concentration of L-tryptophan and the flow rate of buffer solution.
