Enhancement of fibroblastic proliferation from photoreactive polymer by immobilized epidermal growth factor (EGF) |
초록 |
The carboxymethyl starch was modified by the incorporation of an azidophenyl group to prepare photoreactive starch (Az-starch). Photo irradiation could immobilize the Az-starch on a polystylene plate and was stably retained on the surface. The immobilized Az-starch containing protein was able to immobilize by using stripe micopattern plate. The UV irradiation time and concentration of Az-starch was used to alter the physical properties of Az-starch and consequently control the release rate of the EGF. The EGF releasing Az-starch was not cytotoxic to 3T3-L1 fibroblast cells and the released epidermal growth factor maintained its activity and induced cellular proliferation in vitro. |
