제목 A Ratiometric Fluorescent Probe base on tetrapeptide for the detection of Cu(II) Ions Using intramolecular Click Chemistry
초록 In this study, we synthesized a new peptide-based ratiometric fluorescent probe using intramolecular Cu(I) Catalyzed Azide-Alkyne Cycloaddtion(CuAAC) click reaction in 60% aqueous solution. CuAAC click reaction cause a transformation of intra 1,4-triazole between alkyne and azide of the peptide resulting in enhancement of monomer emission and decrease of excimer emission of pyrene. By using this property, we sensitively detected Cu(II) in 60% aqueous solution. The probe has high selectivity toward Cu(II) among tested various metal ions. This probe also features rapid response, high sensitivity and anti-interference ability in the solution.
