제목 Wet-spinning of chitosan and heparin complex for viral gene delivery
초록 Chitosan fiber spinning have been reported by several studys. However, the low tensile strength of chitosan fibers in the wet state is drawback. To overcome this problem, we introduce heparin, which has negative charge, to dope solution to stabilize chitosan fiber by charge-charge interaction. Heparin is also known as anticoagulant and various protein (growth factors, Adeno associated virus and so on) binding property. Due to this property, chitosan and heparin complex has not only stability in wet state but also multi-functionality which can delivery heparin-binding protein to target region.
