제목 Morphology Control of Macroporous MCM-41 through Colloidal Crystal Templating
초록 There are obvious advantages of mesoporous materials having macroporous structure, such as high surface area induced from mesoporous structures and easy access to active sites derived from macroporous structures. The macrostructured mesoporous materials were prepared by a new dual-templating method. The morphology of macroporous MCM-41 was controlled by changing the nature of silicate precursors, the reaction temperature, the sizes of PS beads, and the ratio of PS:Si. Macroporous structures were observed by SEM, the mesoporous structures were characterized by XRD patterns and N2 adsorption analysis, and macropores and mesopores were observed by TEM. Our group applied these materials to several catalytic reactions, such as VOCs adsoption, HC-SCR (Hydro Carbon – Selective Catalytic Reduction).
