In this study, we prepared conducting polymer treated Anodic Aluminum Oxide (AAO) membrane using chemical vapor deposition (CVD). The AAO is useful membrane which has fine pore and convenience to deposit polymeric materials. The CVD is effective method that treats polymers on any substrates thinly and uniformly. In addition, the CVD method not deposit materials uniformly but simply deposit on many kinds of membrane. Using the CVD method and the AAO membrane, we prepared the real black membrane which was absorbed wide range wavelength. The AAO substrate was soaked in FeCl3 aqueous solution which is reacted as initiator. Then conducting monomer is injected into a vacuum apparatus to prepare “Real black membrane”. Real black membrane is heat generating effectual under sun. Consequentially, we prepared real black membrane which was treated conducting polymer uniformly and finely without pore blocking. This membrane can be used for heat generate effectual under wide range wavelength. |
