제목 Surface Passivation through Novel IDTT-Based Small Molecule Additive Leading to Efficient and Thermally Stable Perovskite Solar Cell
초록 A novel small molecule additive based on indacenodithieno[3,2,-b]thiophene (IDTT-ThCz) was developed and employed on perovskite layer in perovskite solar cell. The novel small molecule additive with Lewis-base atoms interacts with perovskite precursors and passivates the defects of perovskite layer, suppressing perovskite defects by antisolvent treatment. The surface passivation improved the charge extraction capability due to its p-type conducting property and prevented perovskite degradation. The IDTT-ThCz treated perovskite solar cell exhibited a power conversion efficiency (PCE) of 22.5% and sustained 95% of its initial PCE after 500 h storage under 85oC thermal condition, showing highest value among small molecule additive as well as stability.
