Factors related to Light Off Temperature of Three-way catalyst’s Hydrocarbon emission : Simulation study and plotting with Matlab |
| 초록 |
A three-way catalyst (TWC) has been utilized to convert harmful emissions into less harmful gases, especially hydrocarbons. And the conversion efficiency and light-off temperature of a catalytic converter is changed with various factors such as inlet temperature, catalyst volume, oxygen concentration, ceria loading amount and so on. Numerical code, 1D+1D, is run in order to predict the impact of those factors on light off of hydrocarbon emission during New European Driving cycle(NEDC), and the results are plotted using Matlab in three dimensions. |
