With the increasingly stringent OBD regulation of exhaust emission, Automobile catalyst has to improve performance to meet OBD regulation by using threshold catalyst which sample was aged at high temperature. Threshold catalyst should be adapted to the engine calibration after lab scale or engine bench aging. But it is very difficult to match the performance Lab. scale aged catalyst and In-used catalyst from field vehicle because Gasoline automotive catalyst is influenced by a number of factors, including extended exposure to high temperature with long time and poisoning from engine-oil in the vehicle. For these reasons Catalyst is deactivated.This conference, we want to introduce influence of Three-Way Catalyst performance behavior in using these factors. |
