제목 Effect of the BaF2 flux on the luminous characteristics Eu-doped barium strontium silicate phosphor particles prepared by spray pyrolysis
초록 Eu-doped barium strontium silicate phosphor was prepared from the spray solution containing BaF2 flux by spray pyrolysis. It was found that the addition of BaF2 to the spray solution makes it possible to greatly improve the photoluminescence intensity of (Ba0.4Sr0.59Y0.02Eu0.01)2SiO4 phosphor particles under blue wavelength of 450 nm. The particle size of (Ba0.4Sr0.59Y0.02Eu0.01)2SiO4 phosphor particles were enlarged by using the BaF2 flux in the spray solution. Adding the BaF2 flux into the spray solution was found to lower the optimal post-treatment temperature. And The Photoluminescence intensity is improved 50% at 1.91 wt.% BaF2.
