초록 | LCD represents images by combining colors of RGB lights produced through a color filter, by a process of utilizing light sources of back light. The ε -type copper phthalocyanine(Cupc), which is used in the name of Pigment 15:6, is a significant mateiral to produce blue pixel. In this study, The nanofication of ε-CuPc crude can be carried out by bead-milling(ball milling) in the presence of solvent, zirconia bead, and derivatives. Various derivatives having different side group were added. Particle size, shape and crystalline structure were evaluated in the various milling condition such as kind of derivatives, and solvent. The ε- CuPc obtained have smaller particle sizes, lower flowability and higher color strength. |
