제목 Microwave Synthesis and Characterization of Metallophthalocyanine Derivatives Used As Buffer Layer of OLED
초록 Metallophthalocyanine (MPc) exhibits high electron transfer abilities with high stability. However MPc is insoluble in most organic solvents. This solubility problem inhibits its use in functional materials containing electron transfer properties. Thus, we synthesize MPc derivatives with various substituent. The introduction of substituent into MPc increases solubility in various organic solvents and causes a significant bathochromic shift of the Q-band. Soluble MPc derivatives are enable to prepare easily smooth thin layer by spin coating technique. Also, red-shift of the Q-band gives lower energy band gap of buffer layer in OLED.
