제목 Synthesis and Characterization Conjugated Oligomers based on Benzothiadiazole Derivatives
초록 Conjugated oligomer based on benzothiadiazole acceptor and cores (carbazole and silofluorene) as an electron donor are synthesized by the Suzuki coupling reaction for application in organic solar cells as the photoactive materials. We introduce thiophene rings to extend the π-conjugation length as a π-bridge. From the materials with extended conjugated length showed lowest band gap. Organic solar cells based BHJ type solar cells with donors and PC71BM showed pretty promising results. In this research, we present the synthesis, optical, electrical properties, and their application of solar cells.
