Development of Aptamer-based Detection Assay for the Monitoring of Glyphosate |
초록 |
Glyphosate is a nonselective herbicide applied to the leaves of plants to kill both broadleaf plants and grasses. It is chemically stable, has a long half-life in the environment and has high bioaccumulation, leading to the human body through the food chain. Recent studies have shown that it has carcinogenic potential and may cause adverse effects to animals and humans. Therefore, it is very important to monitor herbicides in environment. In this study, we carried out SELEX, aptamer-based sandwich assay and SPR to the detection of glyphosate. The selected aptamers were used in aptamer-based detection assay. The aptamer-based detection tool provides an easy and simple detection method for monitoring of glyphosate in the environment.
