제목 Electrospun polyimide/ polyacrylonitrile - SiO₂ blend composite membrane for lithium-ion batteries.
초록 Polyimide (PI)/ Polyacrylonitrile (PAN) nonwoven membrane have been fabricated by electrospinning technique for use as lithium-ion battery separator (LIBs), PI was prepared from poly(amic acid) ammonium salt (PAAS) precursor followed by thermal imidization. SiO₂ particles were induced to improve the mechanical properties by loading content of SiO₂ particles with polymer blend synchronously. The morphology, thermal and electrochemical properties of polymer blend composite were investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), differential scaning calorimetry (DSC) and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). The polymer blend membrane with SiO₂ was evaluated capacity and resistance compared to the commercial membrane, which is used as membrane separator of LIBs.
