제목 Characterization of Acrylic Resin Coating Containing Acetoacetoxy Group
초록 In this study, acrylic resin and quaternary copolymer were prepared by the copolymerization of n-butyl acrylate (BA), methylmethacrylate (MMA), 2-hydroxypropyl actylate (2-HPA), and acetoacetoxyethyl methacrylate (AAEM). In the preparation of the acrylic resins, Tg of the acrylic copolymer was adjusted for 20, 30 and 40°C. The molecular weight and viscosity of these acrylic resins were measured. Crosslinked acrylic/urethane clear coatings were obtained by curing reaction between the synthesized acrylic resins and blocked isocyanate. In order to application possibility as the coil coating, the various physical properties examination was investigated.
