제목 Cisplatin-Loaded Carboxymethyl Chitosan Nanoparticles formed by ion complex formation
초록 Carboxymethyl chitosan(CMCh) was prepared by chemical reaction with mono-chloroacetic acid and glyoxylic acid to low molecular weight water soluble chitosan(LMWSC) of C6-OH (O-Carboxymethyl chitosan) and C2-NH2 (N-Carboxymethylc chitosan) group to apply as gene and drug carrier. Cisplatin is one of the most widely used antitumor drugs in the treatment of a variety of solid tumors. CDDP loaded CMCh(Cis-CMCh) nanoparticles were prepared by ion-complex and investigated by TEM , DLS measurement. The average diameter, drug content, and drug loading efficiency of Cis-CMCs-NP were 300.5nm, 7.1% (w/w), and 76.0%, respectively.
