Nanostructured CdSe/P3HT Hybrid Solar Cells |
초록 |
We fabricated nanostructured hybrid solar cells with cadmium selenide (CdSe) nanorod array and poly(3-hexylthiophene) (P3HT) onto indium iin oxide (ITO)-coated glass. The CdSe nanorod array was prepared by electrochemical deposition of Cd and Se sources in solutions inside nanopores fabricated from polystyrene-b-poly(methyl methacrylate) copolymer thin film. The remaining block copolymer template was removed by burning at 400°C under atmospheric environment. The power conversion efficiency of the solar cells consisting of ITO/TiO2/(CdSe:P3HT)/MoO3/Ag was study. |
