제목 Fabrication of CdS/SnS heterojunction at different CdS bath temperature
초록 Fablication of CdS/SnS heterojunction have been investigated for photovoltaic application. Cadmium sulfide (CdS) is one of the promising materials for window layer of a heterojunction solar cell. It has a wide direct band gap (2.4eV), high transitivity, low resistivity, low-cost and earth abundant. CdS thin films were deposited by chemical bath deposition technique on glass substrates and SnS/Mo/glass substrates at different bath temperature. The effect of bath temperature was studied on the structure, morphology, optical, electrical and device performance.
