제목 Introducing Interlayer Materials with Forming Composite Structure for Highly Efficient Organic Solar Cells
초록  Organic solar cells (OSCs) studied for their low cost, light weight and transparency. However, it’s still not enough efficient for commercialization. The one of the main reason for insufficient efficiency is interfacial  defact between active layers and electrodes. It forms energy barrier to reduce electrical properties and decrease surface morphology to reduce carrier transport. To solve this problem, the interlayer materials method was introduced to enhance OSCs’s performance. The interlayer materials can interact with surface of active layers and electrodes, forming composite structures. The formed composite structures can reduce energy barrier and smoother surface morphology. In this study, we fabricated composite structured OSCs with interlayer materials. As a result, the performance and electrical properties of OSCs with interlayer materials  have enhanced.
