A new kind of heterogeneous cation exchange membrane was prepared by poly (vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) and drying cation exchange resin. Before distribute PVDF and ion exchange resin, PVDF need to dissolve in DMF. And cation exchange resin need to dry at few hours, then disrupted by 10 μm. The particle distribution of heterogeneous memebranes are investigated with optical spectroscopy and scanning electron microscope. The gel permeation chromatography (GPC) was used for measuring molecular weight and polydispersity. Electric resistance was measured at 2 Ωcm2. It is better than commercialization membrane. The water uptake, ion exchange capacity and were measured. |
