제목 Ring opening polymerization of lactones by cell surface displayed enzymes
초록 Cell surface display is a technique to display peptides or proteins on the surface of gram-negative and gram-positive bacteria, fungi, or even mammalian cells by appropriately fusing them to surface anchoring motifs. It can be used a non-conventional method for immobilization of enzyme. Until now, several applications such as live vaccine, adsorbents, biosensors and whole cell biocatalyst along the displayed enzyme, have been reported. Here, we will show polymerization of lactones using cell surface displayed enzymes. In this presentation, the detailed results will be presented.
