제목 Experimental Studies of Entrained Flow Coal Gasifier for IGCC
초록 This paper presents the results of the experimental studies of 1ton/day coal slurry feed type oxygen blown, entrained-flow gasifier, which were carried out by imported coals with the slurry concentration. The characteristics of coal gasification were investigated with various reaction parameters such as ; the effects of O2/coal ratio, reaction pressure, and temperature. It was shown that the Kideco coal analyzed cold gas efficiency as 44~60% and heating value for 1,700~2,200 Kcal/Nm3, otherwise cold gas efficiency of Datong coal analyzed as 65% and heating value for 2,000~2,300 Kcal/Nm3. The Darayton coal showed cold gas efficiency ; 55~62%, and heating value ; 1,700~2,200 Kcal/Nm3.
