제목 Highly efficient planer perovskite solar cells with improved fill factor via MABr passivation
초록 Now days organometallic halide perovskite solar cells have lot of attention due to low cost, high efficiency photovoltaic technology. There are lot of optimizing technique for high efficiency perovskite solar cell like perovskite layer morphology, composition, interfaces and charge collection efficiency. In this work we used TiO2 as an electron transfer layer synthesis via sol-gel method. Here We demonstrate that charge collection is improved, and charge recombination is reduced by formation of an engineered passivation layer. The passivation effect induced by constructing an addition layer MABr on top of the primary (FAPbI3)0.85(MAPbBr3)0.15. The MABr passivation improve fill factor, efficiency and device stability. As a result, highly efficient planer perovskite solar cells with power conversion efficiency of 16.58% with an improved fill factor of 75%.
